Travel Plan Coordinator
The Travel Plan Coordinator will promote the sustainable travel options available to you, as well as being the key contact for any questions or queries you may have.

Travel Induction Sessions
The Travel Plan Coordinator will arrange travel planning sessions on a six monthly basis and invite all new residents via maildrop or email, with the aim of introducing the travel plan, the objectives and targets and to encourage discussion on the sustainable travel options.
Details of any arranged sessions will be posted onto the dedicated travel web-site.c
Bus Buddy Scheme
The bus buddy scheme will pair up people who use the bus for the same journey.
The scheme can provide a list of people who perhaps knows the bus route better than you and provide you with a travelling companion.
The Travel Plan Coordinator will also establish a bus buddy database of those people who regularly travel by public transport.

Promotion Events
Promotional events to encourage residents to consider travelling by sustainable forms of transport will be carried out on a regular basis. Leaflets will be issued to home owners, together with updates to the travel website and social networking groups. Events will include:
- Walk your child to school week
- Share a journey to work day
- Cycle week
- Car Club promotion week
- Rail promotion to coincide with the opening of the train station
