 The Devon Access Wallet scheme is an initiative to help make journeys by bus or train easier for anyone with communication difficulties, people with disabilities, deaf people and those whose first language is not English. The access wallet contains plastic pockets into which words can be placed to describe where you would like to go, e.g. city centre.

this website provides community transport for people to provide the community with a variety of transport and mobility solutions. This includes Shopmobility, local car service where volunteers who use their own car to provide transport, mini bus service that provides door to door transport, amongst other services.

Fare Car is a shared public transport service operated by Private Hire cars. This enables passengers to book and pay separately but share the advertised timetabled journeys. Fare Car is operated by local taxi operators by formal agreement with Devon County Council.

New Route 4 to serve Cranbrook

In May 2013 an additional bus service will operate though Cranbrook.

This service will operate every 30 minutes Monday to Saturday, providing a high quality and reliable public transport experience. The first bus for Exeter leaves from Cranbrook at 06:50. The last bus leaves Exeter bus statiion, Stand 6, at 23:10.

The journey time to Exeter will only be 30 minutes providing a cheap, hassle free alternative to using your car.

Supermarket Service

In addition to Route 4, there is currently a bus service between Cranbrook and the supermarket at Broadclyst. This operates Monday to Friday and calls outside the school  on Cranbrook. The bus will stop when hailed.  cuis
